The South Shore Camera Club meets most Tuesdays at the Quincy Point Congregational Church in Quincy, MA. Around since 1934 it is one of the oldest camera clubs in the area. In addition to monthly competitions, the club organizes workshops, sponsors guest lecturers and organizes many road trips.

I joined the club in 2009 and have participated in every monthly competition since. Although I’ve won very little in club competitions, I have learned a great deal and that my photography reflects it.
